Granulated Jijona nougat is one of the most highly prized varieties of traditional Valencian nougat. Made with selected Marcona almonds, rosemary honey, and sugar, this nougat is distinguished by its creamy texture combined with a subtle crunchy touch provided by pieces of toasted almond.

Our nougat is made following the traditional Jijona process, respecting the slow cooking method to achieve a perfect emulsion between the almonds and the honey. This artisanal process develops a rich, balanced, and deep flavour while preserving all the organoleptic properties of Marcona almonds.

The quality of the raw ingredients is essential: Spanish Marcona almonds and Spanish rosemary honey, produced artisanally under strict quality control.
